Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum plus superannuation (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring compliance with aged care standards, and contributing to positive health outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive clinical care to residents in accordance with professional nursing standards.

· Conduct resident assessments and develop, implement and evaluate care plans.

· Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

· Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.

· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

· Supervise and support Personal Care Workers and Enrolled Nurses.

· Liaise effectively with residents, families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals.

· Participate in quality improvement, accreditation and compliance activities.

· Promote a culture of dignity, respect and person-centred care.

Essential Requirements





· Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

· Minimum of 2 years' post-registration nursing experience.

· Previous experience in residential aged care, acute care, community care or a related healthcare setting.

· Demonstrated clinical assessment and care planning skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

· Sound knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.

· Current National Police Check or ability to obtain one.

· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one.

Desirable Requirements

· Experience using electronic clinical management systems.

· Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care practices.

· Leadership or supervisory experience within a healthcare setting.
