About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and leading our care team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct and review individualised, evidence-based care plans.
- Administering medications and updating care plans
- Conducting baseline and focused assessments
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff for holistic care.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Passionate about aged care and resident wellbeing
- Demonstrated aged care nursing experience of 4+ years is highly desirable
- Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian work rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
