Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Barcoo Aged Care in Blackall.

This is an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred care to residents while working as part of a supportive team. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents and their families, and contributing to positive outcomes for the people who call Barcoo home.

About You

You'll be a compassionate and clinically capable Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering quality care and building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

You Will Bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in residential aged care, or a strong interest in working within aged care
- Strong clinical assessment, medication management and care planning skills
- The ability to recognise and respond to changes in residents' clinical needs
- A person-centred approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to clinical quality, resident safety and positive outcomes
- Current First Aid, CPR and relevant screening checks, or willingness to obtain
- Valid Australian working rights - Unfortunately, we are not currently able to sponsor
