- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Describe your recent experience as a Registered Nurse, including the clinical setting(s) you have worked in. Provide an example of how you used your clinical assessment and decision-making skills to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
- Provide an example of a time when you worked collaboratively with a patient, their carers, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve a positive outcome. How did you ensure communication was effective and responsive to the patient's needs?
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
