Join the Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services Central Staffing team and provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care across mental health services.

- Deliver safe, compassionate and comprehensive nursing care across acute inpatient mental health settings.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, allied health and medical teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care.
- Apply mental health assessment and risk assessment skills, with a commitment to developing specialist addiction and mental health nursing knowledge.
- Contribute to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, clinical leadership and positive patient outcomes across MSAMHS.

About You We are looking for a Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical skills, collaborative practice and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

- Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to provide secure, person-centred care using sound clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams, with empathy, integrity and respect.
- Commitment to developing mental health and addiction nursing knowledge, reflective practice and professional development, including postgraduate study.
