As a Registered Nurse in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you’ll deliver highly skilled, individualised Nursing care to newborns with complex and evolving health needs, combining clinical expertise with compassion during a critical stage of life.
Working within a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to clinical assessment, care planning and ongoing management while partnering closely with families to provide education, reassurance and support throughout their NICU experience.

What you will bring to the role
1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA.
2.
Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in Neonatal Nursing and willingness to obtain Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
3. Demonstrated capacity to provide effective Nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
4. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
5. Demonstrated effective communications written and verbal skills.
6. Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
7. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
8. Ability to work a flexible roster, day evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit or team requirements.
