We’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join us in part-time and casual roles across AM, PM and night shifts.

About the role





As a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care and provide clinical oversight within our boutique community. You’ll combine sound clinical judgement with warmth and compassion, supporting residents’ health and wellbeing while respecting their independence. This role suits a confident nurse who works well independently and values collaboration, accountability and strong relationships.

What you’ll do

- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and applicable standards.
- Assess residents’ needs, monitor changes in their health and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide clear, effective handovers to support continuity of care across shifts.
- Maintain care notes, incident reports and risk documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families and colleagues with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
- Welcome new residents and help them feel comfortable and supported.
- Contribute ideas that improve care and support a positive team environment.

What you’ll bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least two years’ nursing experience in aged care, home care or health services.
- Knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, the Support at Home program and clinical risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Confidence using digital care systems, such as mCare or The Lookout Way.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current influenza vaccination, or willingness to obtain it.
- A warm communication style and a commitment to dignity, choice and personalised care.
