About This Role
Your new role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide safe, person-centred care to patients presenting with minor injuries and illnesses, using strong assessment, clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. You'll work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team, contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice, and continue developing your expertise in urgent care, triage and undifferentiated presentations.
About You
You're a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering safe, person-centred care while continuing to grow your urgent care expertise.
- Demonstrated clinical capability in assessing and caring for patients with minor injuries and illnesses.
- Strong clinical reasoning, prioritisation and decision-making skills in an urgent care environment.
- Commitment to developing skills in triage, undifferentiated presentations, ALS and paediatric life support.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and contribute positively to a high-performing team.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, lifelong learning and professional development.

Redlands Satellite Hospital –
- Talwalpin Milbul
The satellite hospital is also known as Talwalpin Milbul, a name chosen by the Redlands Coast community and local Traditional Owners and Elders. It means ‘Redland Bay alive/active' in Jandai language. The satellite hospital treats minor illnesses and injuries that aren't life-threatening, and we also have diagnostic services for patients having treatment, including ultrasound, X-ray and pathology.
