South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is seeking a Social Worker Level 1-2 at Prince of Wales Hospital. Plan and deliver high quality social work care to patients and families, aligned with SESLHD policies.

Role requires psychosocial assessments, casework and crisis intervention with a commitment to continuous career development. Temporary Full Time position until October 2027, 38 hours per week, with salary range $79,419–$113,301 plus superannuation.
