Sodexo is seeking a Head Chef to lead bulk cooking operations on remote sites with strict HACCP standards. This FIFO role originates from Cairns and uses a 14 days on, 14 days off roster, delivering consistent kitchen performance in challenging environments.

You will manage profitability, budgets and food quality while developing a capable kitchen team and maintaining solid client relationships across remote sites.
