At OneCrew Trade Services, we’re looking for experienced plasterers and painters who take pride in their work, bring a positive attitude and want to be part of a crew that looks after each other.
Our work covers insurance repairs and government fit-outs — from repairing damaged walls and ceilings and repainting homes to delivering quality plastering and painting in government spaces. There’s variety in the work, with a focus on tidy sites, quality finishes and happy customers.
We’re hiring for both trades — apply as a plasterer or a painter.

We’re after A-grade workmanship and an attitude to match. That means:
- Strong experience in plastering or painting.
- Reliability — turning up on time, ready to get stuck in.
- Respect for customers, their properties and your teammates.
- Pride in clean, tidy work and a professional finish.
- The ability to work independently and support the crew.
- A current driver’s licence.
