WorkCover Queensland
Brisbane
WorkCover Queensland is entering an exciting new chapter, guided by a renewed strategic focus and strong executive leadership shaping our 2030 Strategy. We’re embarking on an enterprise-wide transformation to strengthen our impact and continue making a positive difference in people’s lives.
The Opportunity
Join our Customer Insights team as a Research and Insights Specialist, turning customer feedback, research and organisational data into meaningful insights that improve experiences for workers and employers.
You’ll bring together customer surveys, Voice of Provider, operational data, behavioural insights and research to identify patterns and build a clear picture of what our customers need and value.
Working with stakeholders and analytics teams, you’ll translate information into actionable insights that support decision-making, service improvement and strategic priorities. You’ll also contribute to research, reporting and insight products that help us better understand and measure customer experience.
About You
You’re naturally curious and enjoy uncovering the story behind the data. You’ll bring experience in customer insights, market research, Voice of Customer, analytics, service design, experience management or a related field.
You’re confident interpreting quantitative and qualitative information, identifying meaningful patterns and turning findings into explicit recommendations and compelling stories.
Experience with Power BI is highly desirable, while experience with Qualtrics, customer feedback platforms, survey design, Google Analytics or other insight tools will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you can connect the dots across different sources of evidence and clearly explain what the insights mean, why they matter and what should happen next.
