Shift, a fintech in Australia, seeks Head of Payment Operations to build and scale payment operations, reducing regulatory, reputational, and fraud risk while leading a team handling Direct Entry and NPP, with expansion into rails such as card issuing, BPAY, and PayTo.

You will collaborate with Product and Technology to mature monitoring, governance, and incident response, recruit and manage a 24/7 team, and establish vendor governance with SLAs. Based in North Sydney with adaptable work policy.
