You will be responsible for managing reservations and group bookings, coordinating functions and supporting the continued growth of our group dining and events business.
Working across multiple venues, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest interaction is seamless — from the first enquiry through to the successful delivery of each event.

- Identify opportunities to increase group bookings and event enquiries.
- Support the promotion of seasonal packages, functions and venue experiences.

- Manage group bookings and event arrangements across three venues.
- Prepare function sheets and ensure all booking details are communicated clearly.
- Support venue teams with upcoming events and last-minute changes.
- Maintain strong communication between reservations, sales and operations.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in hospitality reservations, events, functions or sales.
- Enjoys speaking with customers and building strong relationships.
- Has excellent communication skills and a confident, professional approach.
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Has experience managing bookings across multiple venues,
spaces or service areas (highly regarded).
- Understands hospitality operations and what is required to deliver successful events.
- Is comfortable following up opportunities and contributing to business growth.
- Has robust attention to detail and takes ownership of their work.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Experience with reservation systems, booking platforms and event management tools is preferred.
