The Role

As a Residential Cleaning Skilled, you'll work across our clients' homes providing high quality cleaning and housekeeping services.

You'll be trusted to manage your responsibilities professionally, follow our service standards and deliver a consistent experience for every client.

Your responsibilities will include

- Residential cleaning and housekeeping
- Completing scheduled services to Serein Living standards
- Following individual client requirements and service checklists
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Managing your time effectively throughout the day
- Communicating professionally with clients and the wider team
- Identifying and reporting issues before they become problems
- Taking care of company equipment, products and client property
- Contributing to a reliable, supportive and accountable team environment

This role is ideal for someone who values stability, flexibility, independent work and the opportunity to grow with a company long term. Previous professional cleaning experience is advantageous, but it isn't essential for the right person.

Requirements To be considered, you'll need:





- A current driver's licence
- Reliable transport
- The right to work in Australia
- A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Availability across Monday-Friday
- The ability to travel throughout South Brisbane & Logan
- The physical capacity to perform residential cleaning duties safely
- ABN and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
