- The Host Persona: A natural flair for hospitality, a welcoming smile and polished presentation.
- Organised Under Pressure: Experience managing reservation systems, with SevenRooms highly regarded, and confidently coordinating table flow during busy services.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication when managing reservations, walk-ins, guest enquiries and seating.
- Team Player Mindset: A proactive attitude and willingness to support the floor and management team to keep service running smoothly.
- Availability: Full-time flexibility across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
