We’re looking for someone with solid restaurant management experience who can lead a small team, run a busy service, build relationships with our regulars and make people feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.

This isn’t an office-based management gig. While there’ll always be rosters, numbers and admin to keep on top of, we want our Restaurant Manager where the action is, on the floor, leading from the front, talking to guests, supporting the team and making sure the room feels exactly how it should.

Si Paradiso is a bit of everything, a vibrant restaurant, a bustling open-air courtyard, an amphitheatre, a dance floor and, depending on the night, a little bit of beautiful chaos.

At the heart of it all is positive food, good drinks and really good hospitality.

Our kitchen serves produce-led, Italo-inspired food designed to be shared, while our bar and wine offering plays a huge part in the Si experience. We like interesting bottles, great producers and people who can talk about wine without making it feel like a lecture.

We’re big believers that hospitality is about more than what lands on the plate or in the glass. It’s about creating honest, memorable experiences through the spaces we create, the food and drinks we serve, and the relationships we build with the people around us.

What we’re looking for?

- Has strong experience managing a restaurant or busy hospitality venue




- Leads from the front and loves being part of service
- Can manage, mentor and get the best out of a small, close-knit team
- Is warm, approachable and genuinely excellent with people — both guests and staff
- Ideally, someone that has excellent wine knowledge and feels completely at home talking guests through a list, recommending bottles and sharing a bit of wine wisdom
- Understands what great service looks and feels like without making hospitality stiff or overly formal
- Can confidently manage rostering, wage costs, ordering, stock and the other important numbers behind a successful restaurant
- Knows how to keep a service moving while still making every guest feel looked after
- Loves working collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and wider venue team
- Can stay cool when the bookings are full, the courtyard is pumping and everyone has decided they need something at exactly the same time
- Cares about building a workplace people genuinely enjoy coming to
- Brings ideas, personality and a bit of themselves to the role
