About the role

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join The Fisho on a casual basis. This position is located in Mandurah WA 6210 and offers flexibility for individuals looking to work on an as-needed basis. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining our store workplace, and supporting the smooth operation of our retail business.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and want to be part of a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly and professional customer service to all shoppers, assisting with product enquiries and recommendations
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure the store looks clean, organised and visually appealing
- Conducting regular stock checks and assisting with inventory management
- Maintaining store cleanliness and tidiness throughout your shift
- Handling customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and seeking appropriate solutions




- Supporting promotional activities and ensuring pricing is accurate and clearly displayed
- Following company policies and procedures at all times

What we're looking for

- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
