Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Retail Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers. The business is continuing to grow and has reached a stage where domestic retail operations and commercial project management requires dedicated leadership. Thus, a second Manager is required.
Having two Retail Managers also provides management continuity during periods of leave, illness, training and peak trading seasons. As a Retail Manager, you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful you must:

- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment What we require:
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
- A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries
- Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
- Current driver's license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
- Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
- Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and inspiring an enthusiastic team
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
