Anthropic is seeking a Head of Customer Success, APAC to build and lead a scalable CS function across Asia Pacific. You will hire and develop a multi-market team, partner with global leaders, and drive adoption, retention and growth across India, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, and ANZ.

You will shape CS strategy, own customer outcomes, and represent APAC to executive forums while navigating diverse regulatory environments and markets.
