About the Roles

These are hands on retail positions where every day is different. You'll work with a supportive team to assist customers, maintain outstanding store presentation and help create an enjoyable shopping experience for individuals, families, sporting clubs and the wider community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
- Providing footwear fitting and sizing advice
- Assisting customers with sporting equipment, footwear and apparel across a range of sporting categories
- Recommending products that best meet customers' needs




- Processing sales transactions accurately through the point of sale system
- Replenishing stock, merchandising displays and ticketing products
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store
- Supporting catalogue launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Assisting with online order fulfilment and Click & Collect orders
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer service goals

About You To be successful in this role you will:

- Enjoy providing outstanding customer service
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Be organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Be reliable, motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Have previous retail experience, which will be highly regarded
- Have an interest in sport and an active lifestyle, which will be viewed favourably
