Aspire Early Education is seeking two passionate and experienced Room Leaders to join the opening team at our brand-new Forrest Green Armstrong Creek centre.

We're currently recruiting for

- Nursery Room Leader
- Toddler Room Leader

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or experienced Senior Educator ready to step into leadership
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Excellent leadership, mentoring and communication skills
- A genuine passion for creating engaging learning environments for children
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A positive, collaborative and professional approach
- Availability to work on a rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm
