Team Members (Volunteers)

- Work with people across a range of ages and cultural backgrounds
- Support people in various circumstances or who are experiencing difficulties such as unemployment, drug abuse, illness and / or homelessness
- Provide appropriate connection and referral to services
- Inform people about available resources and community services
- Respond to crisis and emergency
- Establish and maintain rapport with people, patrons, staff, security, licensees and police in the Toowoomba SNP
- Work closely with security, roaming security, police and other qualified services to provide the best and most effective service available
- Assist in the organisation / facilitation of service
- Complete appropriate paper work, forms and reports
- Attend Civic Assist Team Meetings
