We’re looking for a Sales, Marketing & Operations Manager who is organised, proactive, commercially minded and passionate about real estate — someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, ambitious team and takes pride in keeping the business running smoothly.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team while overseeing sales administration, compliance, marketing and general business operations.
- Coordinating sales exchanges, contracts and settlements
- Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, clients, trades and other stakeholders
- Managing sales administration, CRM systems, databases and documentation
- Ensuring sales files and processes meet compliance requirements
- Assisting with general office operations, invoicing and business administration
- Improving systems and processes to ensure the business operates efficiently
- Providing day-to-day support to agents and management
- Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and contributing ideas to help the business grow
About You:
- Previous experience in real estate sales administration, operations, compliance and/or marketing
- Solid understanding of the real estate sales process & AML
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working across CRM, digital and social media platforms
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused and can-do attitude
- A genuine passion for real estate and helping a growing business succeed
