We are seeking a motivated, professional and customer-focused Sales Associate who is driven to add value and contribute to a multi-award-winning team.
This role is centred around customer engagement, lead generation and providing essential support to the Sales team, including out-of-office duties such as open-for-inspections, buyer appointments and final inspections.
While previous experience in real estate is desirable, we place significant value on attitude, work ethic, ambition and a genuine willingness to learn. This is an exceptional opportunity to accelerate your career in real estate sales and would suit someone who is hungry to develop, grow and succeed within a high-performance setting.
Requirements
- Highly professional presentation and grooming
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Confident communication skills and an excellent phone manner
- Tech savvy, with experience using Box+Dice highly regarded
- Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred, but not essential
- Chinese language skills are advantageous
- Ability to successfully complete a Police Check
