Position Summary The role of a Sales Associate is responsible for providing sales, administrative and coordination support to 1 of our leading Real Estate Agents. This role will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of detail and standard. As a key ‘go-to’ person for the team, you will ensure that any issues are resolved effectively, and requests are completed within a timely manner. The industry is fast paced and requires an extremely high attention to detail, meticulous planning ability and a positive and proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Oversee real estate marketing activities, including social media strategy and execution
- Attend client appointments, inspections, and internal meetings
- Contribute to project marketing initiatives
- Operate within tight deadlines and timeframes
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for property listings
- Assist with auction day activities and open homes
- Organise and prepare for auctions and open inspections
- Attend property valuations, buyer appointments, and inspections
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, residential inventory, and pricing
- Coordinate client appointments, team schedules, and meetings
- Provide reports and feedback to the team regarding client interactions and outcomes
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional growth
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Conduct pre-settlement inspections
- Carry out any prospecting if required
- Carry out letterbox drops or coordinate with contractors as needed
- Organise photographers, valuation appointments, building inspections, and EER inspections
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed established KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation
- Perform any ad hoc administrative tasks as requested
Required Experience and Attributes
- Strong self-motivation and high levels of self-discipline
- Proven administrative skills and excellent computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional and polished personal presentation
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Employment Details
- Remuneration based on experience
- Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (adhoc after-hours work will be required)
