This well established Upper North Shore agency is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to work directly alongside the director.

You'll be involved in every part of the sales process, gaining genuine hands on experience and the foundations to build your own career in sales.

The Role

- Work closely with the director across the full sales process
- Prospect and cold call to generate new business and appraisal opportunities
- Manage buyer enquiries, follow ups and buyer database
- Run open for inspections and private inspections
- Assist with auction preparation and attend auction days
- Support the director with campaign management, vendor updates and administration
- Maintain the CRM and keep pipelines up to date

What You Bring

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence




- Previous real estate experience highly regarded
- Robust communication skills and confidence on the phone
- A hard working, proactive attitude and the drive to build a sales career
- Excellent presentation and organisation
- Knowledge of the Upper North Shore market highly regarded
