What the role actually looks like day to day

- Warm inbound and outbound calls only — every lead has opted in via our website.
- Dial volume genuinely varies with lead flow: some days ~80, some days ~200+ — we're upfront about this because we'd rather you know what you're walking into
- Selling broadband, electricity and gas plans across a panel of leading providers
- Full training provided, with structured, ongoing coaching as you progress

What you need (non-negotiable)

- Demonstrable sales experience — B2C, B2B, retail, door-to-door or similar customer-facing sales
- Comfortable with genuinely high call volumes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Reliable work from home setup: Suitable laptop/desktop computer, USB headset,



internet access with 50 Mbps+
- Available across our 9am–8pm AEDT shift window (Most rosters around 10-6, occasional 12pm–8pm late week, roughly once every 4–6 weeks)
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Can pass a National Police Certificate check

Valuable to have, not required

- Telco or energy sales experience
- Prior call centre experience

Pay & how it works

- Casual or full-time contracts available — full-time hours either way (minimum 32 hrs/week; 4 days considered for the right candidate)
- Full time OTE — $73k ($58k base + $15k commission at 100% target)
- Full-time Top Performer — $105k ($58k base + $47k commission at 160% target)
- Casual OTE — $83k ($68k base + $15k commission at 100% target)
- Casual Top Performer — $115k ($68,545 base + $46,800 commission at 160% target)
- Figures above reflect Level 2 earning potential once progressed; you'll start at Level 1 ($53k FT or $33.71/hr casual equivalent, plus commission) during your initial training period of around 2 months.
