Ready for more responsibility, stronger sales exposure and the opportunity to enter into a Sales Agent Development program.

You’ll work closely with an experienced lead agent and be involved across prospecting, database management, buyer follow-up, open homes, private inspections, appraisals, listing presentations and sales campaigns.

With an established database and consistent listing activity, you’ll have genuine opportunities to prospect, build relationships and generate recent business while learning how to manage the sales process from start to finish.

The Sales Agent Development program provides a structured pathway to build your prospecting, appraisal, listing and negotiation skills, with the goal of progressing into your own sales role.

We’re looking for someone energetic, confident on the phone, organised and prepared to put in the work required to become a successful Sales Agent.

Previous real estate experience is required.
