About the role

You will be on site at properties and projects throughout the North West, making sure every inspection runs smoothly and every visitor leaves with a great impression. This is a 6-month, part time fixed-term contract (four days per week, 10am – 3pm, including weekends) with the option to extend or move into a permanent full-time role.

Key responsibilities

- Hosting and assisting with open inspections, including set-up, pack-down and presentation of the property and directional signage.

- Welcoming buyers and visitors, recording attendance and capturing enquiry details accurately.

- Assisting internal Woodhill Property agents and third-party agents with their private appointments and inspections.

- Providing access to properties, managing keys and ensuring sites are secure before and after inspections.

- Assisting with inbound enquiry calls, answering general questions and directing buyers to the right agent.

- Updating leads, contacts and inspection activity in our CRM (Propertybase via Salesforce) promptly and accurately.

- Preparing walk-in reports after open inspections, summarising attendance, buyer feedback and follow-up actions.

- Assisting with sales office and display apartment set-up, presentation and ongoing maintenance.

- Providing ad-hoc marketing assistance and supporting the wider sales team.

About you

- Previous experience in a real estate role.

- A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (or higher real estate qualification).

- A current,



unrestricted driver licence and your own reliable, registered and insured vehicle.

- Availability to work four days per week, 10am to 3pm, including Saturdays and Sundays.

- A warm, confident manner with buyers, agents and colleagues, and a professional presentation.

- Punctual, organised and dependable.

- Confident using computers and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with the attention to detail to keep CRM records and reports accurate.

- Experience using Propertybase (Salesforce) will be highly regarded.
