We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to the Medical Education Unit team. The Administration Officer role provides a high level of confidential administrative support to the Medical Education Unit team which is responsible for the orientation, education and training of prevocational doctors across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. The Administration Officer (AO) plays a key role in ensuring that efficient and effective education and training administrative support services are maintained. Key Responsibilities include: * Effectively and professionally communicate with prevocational doctors, presenters and clinical training supervisors demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive service focus. * Develop effective working relationships with the Medical Education Unit team, including Director/s of Clinical Training, Medical Education Registrar, Medical Education Officers, and the administrative team, to support a positive work culture. * Develop effective working relationships with the Medical Workforce team which aligns closely with the Medical Education Unit, to support a positive work culture. * Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Director/s of Clinical Training. Remuneration value up to $103 600 p.a.,
comprising salary between $81 649 - $90 801 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
