We are partnering with a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join its Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne. You’ll support a busy team of lawyers working across complex commercial disputes and litigation matters, in a role that offers plenty of involvement and responsibility. The role You’ll assist with: Diary and inbox management Court documents, briefs and correspondence Preparing and formatting legal documents File and matter management Billing and expense management Coordinating meetings, hearings and deadlines Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and other stakeholders General administrative support to the wider team About you You’ll ideally have previous Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary experience within litigation or disputes , although strong candidates from other busy practice areas will also be considered.
