The primary accountabilities of the Executive Services Support Officer include: - Process ministerial and executive correspondence through the MINCOR system, including allocations, hard copy preparations and finalisations.- Undertake quality assurance of ministerial and executive correspondence to ensure alignment with style guide requirements for form, punctuation and grammar.- Establish and maintain systems for the confidential management of hard copy correspondence- Maintain follow up systems within the Office of the Commissioner to ensure the timely finalisation of correspondence.- Mail all finalised correspondence.- Provide technical support to MINCOR users across the organisation, as required.- Assist with administrative duties for the business unit,
as required.- Undertake specific work activities or projects as requested by the manager.- Utilise high level communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary work setting.- Understand and implement continuous quality improvement principles.
