We’re looking for RNs who have progressed beyond graduate level and have developed strong experience within residential aged care . About You Ideally, you will bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Robust residential aged-care experience Experience working within a larger residential aged-care environment highly regarded Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Confidence working autonomously and providing clear clinical direction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues Confidence supporting,



delegating and providing guidance to care teams A reliable, team-focused approach A genuine interest in securing a substantive, long-term position Remuneration Hourly rates are based on experience: $46.41–$53.06 per hour superannuation applicable penalty rates, depending on experience.
