Are you an experienced Rostering Officer who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment? Noverity is partnering with an established residential aged-care provider located just outside Caboolture to recruit an experienced Rostering Officer to join their team. This is a key position within the home, working closely with the Service Manager to ensure staffing rosters run smoothly and effectively. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Managing and publishing staff rosters Proactively planning for staff leave and upcoming roster requirements Coordinating timely replacement of shifts Supporting employees with roster-related enquiries Providing general administrative support to the Service Manager Assisting with HR documentation for new and departing employees Maintaining accurate records and confidential information Communicating effectively with staff, residents, families and other stakeholders Assisting with general administration across the residence as required The position also includes some broader administrative responsibilities, including HR documentation, banking, ordering and stakeholder communication. About You We’re looking for someone who brings: Previous experience in rostering/workforce scheduling , ideally within aged care,



healthcare or a similarly complex environment Experience using rostering software Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and make sound decisions A professional, reliable and confidential approach Previous experience within residential aged care would be highly regarded The position description indicates a preference for approximately three years' experience in a similar role , along with strong computer skills, stakeholder management, a current C-class licence and National Police Check.
