About the Role We're looking for an experienced Purchasing to lead our purchasing, storage and distribution functions. Reporting to General Manager , you'll make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time and at the right cost, while directing the Purchasing Officer. Your key responsibilities: Setting, rolling out and monitoring strategies, policies and plans for purchasing, storage and distribution Developing and executing plans to keep stock at required levels whilst minimising cost Negotiating supplier contracts to secure the right balance of quality, cost and delivery timelines Reviewing and refining storage and inventory systems to ensure supply needs are met and stock levels stay under control Maintaining tracking systems for all incoming and outgoing stock movements, and ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking happen at the optimal time Overseeing the accurate recording of all purchasing,



storage and distribution transactions Directing and supervising the Purchasing Officer, and monitoring their performance Ensuring products are delivered in line with Department Heads’ requirements Requirement Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). At least 5 - 6 years relevant working experience Strong organizational and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of hospitality supply chain, food and beverage procurement, and vendor management. Proven experience in supplier management, cost control, and contract negotiation. Familiarity with supply chain management and procurement systems. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and cost management practices.
