About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and delivering a great experience from the first conversation through to handover to our Operations team.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Responding to and managing inbound sales enquiries





- Building rapport and understanding each client's individual needs

- Preparing quotes and recommending the right moving solution

- Following up opportunities and managing your sales pipeline

- Converting opportunities into confirmed bookings through a confident, consultative approach

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral partners

- Identifying opportunities to generate recent business

- Keeping our CRM up to date and managing multiple opportunities

- Working closely with our Operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience

This is a consultative sales role with a mix of quality inbound opportunities, follow-up and relationship-based business development. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, achieving targets, and being rewarded for their results.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell and genuinely enjoys talking to people.

You’ll ideally

- Have at least 12 months' sales experience

- Be confident communicating with clients and building rapport

- Be confident following up opportunities and converting them into bookings

- Be motivated by targets,



commission and achieving results

- Have strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Be organised and able to manage multiple opportunities

- Take ownership of your results

- Be comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team

- Have a positive, professional and customer-focused approach

- Have the right to work in Australia

Experience in removals, transport, real estate, automotive, insurance, telecommunications, or other consultative sales environments will be highly regarded.

Removals experience isn't essential - we'll teach you the industry. We're looking for someone who is driven to succeed, takes ownership of their results and cares about the experience they deliver.
