Geely is building serious momentum in Australia, and Pacific Motor Group is looking for an experienced automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing Geely Sunshine Coast team.

You understand lead management, follow-up, prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, closing and most importantly, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ve built a track record in automotive sales and now want the opportunity to take that experience into a high-growth brand with significant potential on the Sunshine Coast.

WHAT WE EXPECT

You’ll take ownership of your results and manage the complete sales process, including:

- Converting online, phone and showroom enquiries
- Maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline
- Following up every opportunity with urgency
- Prospecting and generating your own business
- Delivering professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Building repeat and referral business
- Maintaining outstanding product knowledge
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to handover




- Contributing to the continued growth of Geely Sunshine Coast

ABOUT YOU We are specifically looking for an experienced automotive Sales Consultant with a demonstrated ability to perform.

You will have

- Proven automotive sales experience
- A strong record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent lead management and follow-up discipline
- Confidence in negotiating and closing
- Strong prospecting and referral skills
- A skilled and customer-focused approach
- High personal standards and attention to detail
- The drive to maximise both sales volume and earning potential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, competitive and team-focused attitude
- A current Australian driver licence

We’ll provide the brand, enquiries, systems, training and support. You bring the experience, discipline and drive to perform.
