Prime Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in the solar and EV industry to appoint an experienced Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team in Canning Vale.

This is a permanent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding their needs and converting opportunities into sales. You will be provided with leads to work with, along with product training and the opportunity to earn an excellent income through a competitive base salary plus commission.

About the Role Working as part of a growing sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and turning leads into successful sales.

Your duties will include:

- Contacting customers from an existing database of leads
- Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
- Explaining solar panels, EV batteries and available solutions
- Identifying suitable products based on customer needs
- Preparing and sending customer quotations
- Following up leads and progressing sales opportunities
- Making multiple customer calls throughout the day
- Meeting customers face-to-face when required
- Maintaining professional and positive customer relationships





About You The successful candidate will have:

- Previous sales experience
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- The ability to build rapport and engage customers
- A results-driven approach to sales
- Knowledge of solar panels and EV batteries
- The ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Knowledge of solar and EV products is highly desirable, although training will be provided on the company's products to the successful candidate.
