What you'll be doing
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Quoting and selling machines, grinders, parts and service plans
- Following up leads and staying in touch with existing customers
- Booking service jobs and coordinating with our technicians
- Helping the team manage orders, from processing and invoicing to picking, packing and dispatch
- Keeping our CRM up to date
What you'll bring
- Proven sales experience. You can build rapport, work out what a customer needs and close the deal
- A genuine love of coffee and the drive to help others get it right
- A friendly, confident manner on the phone and face to face
- Solid organisation and the ability to juggle a few things at once
- Confidence with computers and picking up new systems
