We're looking for a Sales Manager – Corporate & Entertainment to take ownership of our national corporate account portfolio, while driving new business across the entertainment sector. About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Sales , you'll be responsible for managing and growing national corporate accounts , developing strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities across Australia. You'll also lead the hotel's entertainment segment, building relationships with production companies, touring artists, promoters, sporting organisations, media and entertainment agencies.

This is a proactive sales role where you'll spend as much time building relationships as you will closing deals. You'll represent 1 Hotel Melbourne nationally, working closely with clients to position the hotel as the preferred destination for business travel, entertainment and luxury stays.

Working alongside Revenue, Marketing, Finance and Operations, you'll help drive revenue across accommodation, food and beverage, events and experiences while ensuring every client interaction reflects the thoughtful service and purpose-driven culture that defines 1 Hotels.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage and grow a portfolio of national corporate accounts , building long-term strategic partnerships across Australia.
- Identify, prospect and convert new corporate business opportunities nationally.
- Develop and grow relationships within the entertainment industry,



including agencies, production companies, promoters, sporting organisations and media.
- Conduct regular client meetings, interstate sales calls, networking events and site inspections.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and commercial agreements tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to maximise commercial performance.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Represent 1 Hotel Melbourne at industry events, trade shows and networking functions throughout Australia.

Ideally you'll bring

- Proven success in hotel, luxury hospitality or corporate sales.
- Experience managing national corporate accounts and developing strategic partnerships.
- Existing relationships across Australia's corporate travel and/or entertainment sectors.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience working towards commercial targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- A collaborative, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- A genuine passion for premium hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
