About the role

Our client is a childcare business seeking an outstanding sales and marketing professional to grow enrolments across multiple centres. This hands-on contract role suits someone who confidently approaches people, builds business connections, leads campaigns and turns enquiries into enrolments. You will bring fresh ideas and deliver them through digital advertising, local promotions and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

- Organise and run pop-up stalls at shopping centres, supermarkets, markets and community events.

- Engage with families, promote the centres and generate qualified enquiries and tour bookings.

- Build B2B partnerships with local employers, businesses and community organisations.

- Plan, launch and manage Facebook, Instagram, Google and other online advertising campaigns.

- Develop branding, social media content, flyers and promotional materials.

- Coordinate local advertising and targeted flyer distribution.

- Make outbound calls,



follow up enquiries and support the conversion of leads into enrolments.

- Develop referral programs, open days and creative campaigns to reach more families.

- Work with centre managers to identify growth opportunities.

- Track campaign spending, enquiries, tours and enrolment results.

About you

- Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development, with measurable results.

- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.

- Experience running pop-up promotions, events or community outreach.

- Practical skills in paid digital advertising and social media marketing.

- The ability to generate ideas and independently manage campaigns from start to finish.

- Robust relationship-building, organisation and lead follow-up skills.

- A current driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout Western Sydney.

- Availability for occasional weekend promotions and events.
