Sales Receptionist / Personal Trainer – Plus Fitness Padstow

We’re looking for a confident, outgoing and experienced Sales Receptionist to join the team at Plus Fitness Padstow.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in sales, customer service, reception, administration or the fitness industry who can communicate confidently both face-to-face and over the phone. You’ll need to be reliable, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your shift once fully trained.

As our social media presence is an important part of the club, you’ll also need to be comfortable appearing in photos, videos and social media content, as well as helping us promote the gym, our equipment, events and member activities.

Are you a Personal Trainer?

A Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness and Personal Training experience would be a strong advantage. We’d love to find someone who can combine reception and sales responsibilities with Personal Training, member support and fitness-related activities within the club.

- Confident, friendly and outgoing personality
- Previous sales, reception, customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable following up enquiries and speaking with prospective members
- Reliable and capable of working independently
- Good computer and general administration skills
- Genuine interest in health and fitness
- Comfortable participating in gym marketing and social media content
- Certificate III/IV in Fitness or Personal Training experience highly regarded
- A proactive “can do” attitude and willingness to get involved in all areas of the club

Hours This is a part time/casual position, with a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week.

Our staffed hours are

Monday–Friday: 8:30am–12:30pm

Monday–Thursday: 2:30pm–7:30pm

Must be available on Saturdays 8:30am -2pm
