About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, target-driven Field Sales Representative / Energy Assessor to join our Western Australia expansion.In this autonomous role, you will conduct face-to-face residential visits across Perth. You will assess property eligibility for solar and battery systems, present tailored energy proposals, and guide homeowners through to a confident sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site visits to assess residential customer eligibility for solar panels and battery storage solutions.
- Evaluate site suitability by inspecting roof conditions, switchboard capacity, and existing electrical setups.
- Prepare and present clear, accurate, and transparent proposals customized to each homeowner’s energy needs.
- Manage your pipeline by following up on leads and proposals in a timely, skilled manner.
- Close sales and seamlessly guide customers through the onboarding and installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of all assessments, proposals, and customer interactions in our system.
- Represent the Greentastic brand with high professionalism to build immediate trust inside customer homes.

What We Are Looking For

- Sales Experience: Previous background in field sales, door-to-door sales, or customer-facing assessment roles.



(Experience in solar, energy, or home improvement is highly regarded).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build rapid rapport with diverse homeowners.
- Closing Capability: Confident presenter with a proven track record of meeting targets and closing deals.
- Autonomy: Self-motivated professional capable of efficiently managing your own daily schedule and territory.
- Logistics: A valid Australian driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. Comfortable with regular travel to customer homes across the greater Perth metro area.
- Technical Knowledge: A basic technical understanding of solar panels and batteries is a plus, but not essential—we provide comprehensive training.
