We are currently seeking a Fastener Sales Representative to join our growing team. Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for mostly the Northern Beaches Area
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Distributors
- Develop and execute sales growth in Fastener product categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Provide frequent technical support and product recommendations to customers
- Be proactive and conduct site visits as well as product demonstrations
- Maintain a sound understanding of product range, installation techniques and relevant building codes or standards
You will be supported in your role by:
- A Customer Service Team in Brisbane and centralised Sydney
- A strong Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team
- Marketing Team based in Sydney
- A knowledgeable National Operations Manager based in Sydney
Candidate Desired Experience:
- 5-10 years sales experience in similar role
- Sound product knowledge of Fasteners (Essential)
- Previous experience with customer relationship building (B2B Distributors - Highly Desirable)
- Excellent communication, influencing skills and customer service focus
- A detail oriented and organised individual who can work autonomously
