SUPCON ADHESIVE PTY LTD is a Melbourne-based wholesaler and supplier of high-performance building sealants and construction adhesives. We serve local builders, tradespeople and hardware retailers across Australia. Our business is steadily expanding, and we are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to join our team.
What You Will Actually Do
This is a full-time sales role focused on new business development and existing account management. You will work independently to generate new clients, maintain long-term customer relationships, and achieve individual sales targets.
- Independently source and develop new customers, including builders, tradespeople, hardware stores and distributors
- Manage and retain existing client relationships to drive ongoing business growth
- Prepare quotes, conduct product presentations and follow up leads to close sales
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the team
- Maintain accurate sales records and track personal sales performance
A 3-month probation period applies for this role.

- Prior sales and customer-facing experience. Building product sales experience is highly preferred (not mandatory)
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia. No employer sponsorship is provided
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently
- Goal-driven with good time management and problem-solving skills
