About the Role

Based in Perth WA, you’ll be working closely with the Farm Weekly sales team to build relationships with regional and rural businesses across Western Australia. This role becomes available due to ongoing growth across our agricultural media portfolio, delivering targeted print and digital advertising solutions that keep the rural sector connected and commercially thriving. This is a hands-on position that offers both independence and collaboration, with plenty of room to build long-term client partnerships and grow your commercial career.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive Revenue: Build and manage a client portfolio to achieve and exceed print and digital sales targets across Farm Weekly and associated agricultural platforms.
- Client Engagement:



Meet regularly with regional business owners and agency partners to understand their commercial goals and recommend effective advertising campaigns.
- Solution Selling: Consult on integrated marketing options, leveraging digital platforms, print advertising, and social media tools to deliver strong return on investment for advertisers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity, gather market insights, and represent ACM as a trusted brand advocate in the agricultural sector.
- Campaign Management: Manage advertising booking requirements, ensure ad copy compliance, and meet strict publication deadlines across print and digital products.

Essential:

- Communication & Rapport: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with business leaders and clients.
- Detail & Deadline Focus: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player mindset with a "Can Do" attitude and respect for colleagues and clients.

Desirable:

- Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales, advertising, or media-related environment.
- Systems Knowledge:



Experience working with advertising booking systems or layout applications.
