SALES & SUPPORT COORDINATOR

SecuSafe Perth Branch – Wangara, WA The Company

SecuSafe Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned business established in 2007, and one of Australia's leading importers and distributors of security and solution-based products.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Support Coordinator to join our Perth branch in Wangara, WA.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, this is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch. You will assist customers with sales enquiries, process orders and quotes, coordinate stock and deliveries, and provide first-line product support.

This role would suit someone who enjoys dealing with customers, is well organised and wants to develop their career within the security and technology industry.

Key Duties

- Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing, availability and general sales support
- Process customer orders, quotations and sales enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and professional customer service over the phone, email and at the branch trade counter
- Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations and sales activities
- Follow up customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Assist customers with basic product selection and first-line product support
- Coordinate stock availability, transfers, deliveries and customer collections
- Receive incoming stock and assist with general warehouse and inventory activities when required




- Maintain accurate customer, order and product information in company systems
- Work closely with SecuSafe's sales, product, technical support and warehouse teams across Australia
- Assist with product promotions, branch activities and customer events
- Help maintain a professional, organised and customer-focused branch environment

Essential Skills & Requirements
- Full-time right to work in Australia
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, internal sales, trade counter or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Well organised with positive attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy branch environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a small team
- Comfortable assisting with stock handling and general branch duties when required

Highly Regarded
- Previous experience in the security, CCTV, access control, intercom, electrical, IT or technology industry
- Knowledge of CCTV, networking, intercom or access control products
- Experience working in a distributor, wholesaler or trade counter environment

Product and system training will be provided for the right candidate. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
