Join the dynamic and exciting Mooi Hair team as a Salon Manager. You will work closely with the salon Directors, Senior stylists and salon team to achieve and deliver an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

We are a fresh and innovative salon looking for a front of house manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has experience in a client-focused workplace with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload, and maintain a professional presentation. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include

- Manage front of house operations, including the reception area and customer service.
- Oversee scheduling, appointment booking and client flow to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon,



including maintenance and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.
