About the role

SAP Finance lead providing functional leadership in SAP Finance (FICO, AP, AR, AA, PS, IM). This Application supports 1,000s of users and the team oversees the delivery of circa 50 Enhancements/Projects during the business cycle.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure an ongoing and thorough understanding of the business processes and the Finance products that support the business requirements

- Ensure adherence to Agile development methodology (where applicable) to release into Production

- Ability to estimate the work and take part in discussions around T shirt sizing, Minimum Viable Product functionality that can be delivered, Active involvement in Solution Design Forum

- Early involvement when kick starting recent projects to understand the impacts to the Finance area and provide leadership on the functional side and work with the FICO's in the team to deliver the project to the production environment

- Review and signoff functional designs, ensuring they meet the customer needs

- Definition, Creation,



Unit Testing and UAT execution on WRICEFs to existing business requirements. WRICEFs defined as Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms

- Technical leadership and decision making accountability in the relevant application area

- Ensure fit-for-purpose system testing and user acceptance tests are conducted on sprint deliverables, to ensure product quality

About you

- 15+ years of FICO experience which includes S4 HANA experience

- Functional lead in SAP Finance (FICO, AP, AR, AA, PS, IM)
